Shipping Policy and Delivery Times
The guide number of your order will be available in less than 1 business day after having made the payment, and it will be sent to you via email or via WhatsApp for follow-up. You can also request the guide number through our social networks with your order number.
All orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed the next business day.
The term to receive a national order (Republic of Mexico) with standard shipping varies from 3 to 5 business days.
The term to receive an international order (outside the Mexican Republic) with international shipping varies from 7 to 15 business days.
The deliveries of the products will be made through the couriers UPS or DHL, this will depend on the coverage provided by each of them, from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 21:00.
It is essential that a person is at the registered delivery address to receive the products and sign the proof of delivery.
If no person is found at the registered delivery address, 2 more attempts will be made to deliver the order, on different days and at different times. If the delivery continues without success, the order will be returned to our operations center; and in this case, the cost of the new shipment will be borne by the customer.
